Visitors to our website
Where you have accepted our cookie notice, we collect anonymised website usage information such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and device type. This data is collected via Google Analytics and cannot be used to identify you personally. No personal data is collected from website visitors unless you choose to email us, in which case we will receive any information you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message).
Organisations listed on our site
We collect and publish information about organisations that are already in the public domain offering health and social care services for people with dementia in the UK. This includes:
- Organisation names and contact details
- Addresses
- Service types and specialisms
- Ratings and inspection information, for example CQC
This information is sourced from regulatory authorities and other publicly available sources. We do not collect private or personal data about individuals at these organisations, except for contact details for the organisation, where required.
